Physical training session

In the physical session, the trainer selected by agriaksh starts unit training of the students
according to the design syllabus, in which he provides them with proper pdf and all the study
material, and also tries to get all the worklike nursery growing insect identification disease
identification crop mgt harvestig marketig etc. and also provides proper information about
both soil and soilless, so that the students are able to make their career in hydroponics.
Total of 14 sessions design in syllabus in which all the activities like Introduction to
Hydroponics, its types, Seed selection and environment, Growing media and containers,
Nutrient solutions, Water management, Crop selection, Hydroponics germination and
transplant management and protection, Common problems and troubleshooting, Harvesting
and positive marketing and business planning, Automation in Hydroponics are carried out.
